How long will it take to get my order?
All orders ship within 2 business days from your order date using USPS Ground Shipping. Please refer to your tracking number for more delivery details.
My order says delivered but I have not received it yet?
Please check that your order wasn't mistakenly delivered to a neighboring address. If you still cannot find your order, please reach out to your local post office or info@shopsugu.com.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we only ship within the US at this time.
Returns Questions
What can I do if I ordered the wrong size?
If you ordered the wrong size, please send an email to info@shopsugu.com. Products must be unused, with the tags still attached for exchange eligibility.
Can I return an item if I am unsatisfied?
We stand by our products and offer a 30-day money back guarantee. Please email info@shopsugu.com for return authorizations.
Can I make a return on a product I bought more than 30 days ago?
Unfortunately, no. Return requests must be made within 30 days of original order date.
